Carla and Lauren, Centennial Olympic Park

While photographing Carla and Lauren last weekend, I realized why I love what I do–photographing people in love is like living in a real-life romantic comedy.  And that’s the best way to describe our session in Centennial Olympic Park. Looking through their photos, it was hard to tell that it was actually quite cold the morning of our session…Carla and Lauren just smiled right through it!  At the risk of sounding cheesy, isn’t that was love is all about?  Having someone to hold your hand and smile/laugh with through the rest of life…

This is the *actual* bench where Lauren proposed.  Since he just happened to have the ring box with him, he recreated the moment for the camera.

Judging by her response, I think you need to do this for her every week.

I had such a great time with you two on Sunday.  Thank you for ignoring the cold and being such great sports in front of the camera!
